Hygge Hotel - Saint-Gilles

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Brussels, had much fun and met knowledgeable and qualified staff in the room which required a 2nd staff member to come force it open. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, near to a nice neighbourhood, the centre of Brussels, and the metro, Gare Midi and nearby. Spent a nice evening at Shuka, located a couple of blocks away from the venue.

The breakfast is satisfactory, offered with bacon and sauteed mushrooms, for example and served in the lobby.

Warm welcome from the attentive receptionist made a fantastic first impression. The room was spacious and comfortable, complemented by an elegant bathroom that hit like a mini getaway. A perfect location for shopping and easy walk to major attractions adds to the charm. Homemade pastries at breakfast were a good surprise. Would have preferred a bit more variety in dining options nearby.

The triple room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The terrace was a nice touch! Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. It's in a central location, just a short walk to the metro. Plus, the super nice team.

I enjoyed the stylish lobby and the spacious room at Hygge. The coffee machine delivered fresh espressos anytime I wanted. Attentive staff. The shower design proved to be problematic. Water splashed everywhere. I also noticed a lack of storage space in the room. Only a rail with hangers available frustrated my efforts to unpack. The breakfast offered decent options but wasn't anything lovely. Considering other hotels in the area, I expected a bit more from this place.

Charming interior design caught my eye, and the Nespresso machine was a good surprise in the room. Loved the coffee from buddy buddy nearby, and the free parking on Sunday is a fantastic perk. A must-stay for shopaholics in vibrant Brussels!

This hotel offers a charming Scandinavian vibe with very comfortable beds and a good breakfast selection. The frosted glass bathroom gave limited privacy, and the housekeeping could use improvement, as sheets weren't changed during the stay. It was a pleasant experience.
